Kristen Federici founded Alder Street Advocacy & Policy in 2026. Kristen is a government relations and public policy strategist with more than 24 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex legislative and regulatory environments.
Her career has focused on advancing policies that strengthen healthcare systems, support healthy families, protect children and create stronger communities. Kristen has developed multistate policy agendas, led lobbying teams, advised organizational executives and cultivated productive relationships with legislators, legislative staff, agency leaders and community stakeholders.
Kristen brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every engagement. She works to understand an organization’s mission, identify its most important priorities and develop a practical strategy for creating meaningful and lasting change.
